Upon inspection, a refund can be arranged excluding freight charges. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for freight and stocking fees where applicable, as long as the return includes: original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, cables, etc. LSG reserves the right to allow returns after 30 days from the invoice date. If accepted, a 15% restocking fee applies, and credit will be issued for future purchases only.
