All orders at LSG are subjected to a refund if issues remain unresolved. There are some uncontrollable situations where you could receive the damaged or wrong item. We will replace the product to your satisfaction without any charge but before that please call our customer care hotline to help you every step of the way.

Return Preparations:

  • Send us a notification via email or call upon receiving damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will send you “Return Authorization Code” which you need to write on the package.
  • The product should remain unused and it should be returned using the original packaging material.
  • Return product should include price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • Replacements will be made if the product is available on the website.


LSG will only issue a refund after receipt of the item, notification via email will be sent. Our system is processing from Monday thru Friday so please allow us 3-5 business days to do the updates. When the item is in our system, our quality assurance team will conduct an inspection to determine if there are signs of wear and alteration along with the documents included. Please give us additional 3-5 days for the inspection process. Feel free to get feedback on the return process by reaching us. Once we’re done, you will get the refunds within 10-15 business days. For replaced items, you will receive a confirmation after we sent the new item for the shipment back to you.

Note: Failure to write the “Return Authorization Code” or there is a missing purchasing document will delay the refund process.
