This lockout device helps to keep employees safe while servicing machinery by preventing accidental power cord plug-ins. The device encloses the plug with a thick-walled, tamper-resistant, hinge-style design. It also enables proper lockout with eyelets for a padlock and lockout tag (both available separately) to render the plug unusable.
