This lockout device helps to keep employees safe while servicing machinery by preventing accidental power cord plug-ins. The device encloses the plug with a thick-walled, tamper-resistant, hinge-style design. It also enables proper lockout with eyelets for a padlock and lockout tag (both available separately) to render the plug unusable. A write-on 'Danger' label on the outside helps provide additional warning while identifying the employee responsible for lockout. The case features an octagonal, stop sign shape, and is crafted from dielectric and RoHS compliant plastic to resist temperature variations.
